1. Make the "OK" sign with your fingers

To do the "ok" sign, touch tip of thumb and index finger to form a circle.

And what about your other fingers, would you say?

Keep them relaxed, you don't need them to whistle.

2. Run your tongue over your lips to moisten them

To whistle loudly with your fingers, your lips must be well moistened.

Attention… I really insist on this point!

Remember to keep your lips moist during your workouts.

If it's easier for you, you can also moisten them by drinking a glass of water.

3. Place fingers against tip of tongue

Bring the tip of the thumb and index finger just below the tip of the tongue .

Afterwards, use the tip of the tongue to put pressure against the fingertips.

The pressure must be strong enough to make it roll backwards, as in the photo above

And remember to keep your fingertips together.

By the way, maybe I should have told you about it before…

But also remember to wash your hands well before putting your fingers in your mouth!

4. Close the lips on the fingers

Close the lips over the fingertips, where the index finger and thumb meet.

This is one of the most important factors in whistling like a boss.

Leave a small hole between the lower lip and the inside of the circle shaped for your fingers.

Attention, this small hole is very important!

It is through this (and only through this) that the air must pass to produce the sound of the whistle.

And if the air doesn't escape through this little hole, it will be the big disappointment:you are not going to get any hiss.

Now let's see the next step together.

Do you have moist lips?

5. Blow air between fingers

Pass the air through the hole formed by your fingers and lower lip.

But be careful:blow only through this hole, without the air passing through the sides .

Remember to inhale hard through your nose before exhaling.

Keep blowing steadily until you hear a hiss.

Result, you now know how to whistle loudly!

And There you go ! Now you know how to whistle loudly with your fingers in your mouth :-)

If you don't get it right the first time, don't panic!

Before you can whistle loudly, you have to make small adjustments to these 5 factors:

- the voltage level of your lower lip.

- the level of humidity of your lips and your fingers.

- the pressure level between your tongue and your fingers.

- the size of the hole where the air comes out.

- the amount of air that you blow through the hole.

At first, you will only hear air being blown.

Don't worry, it's normal!

Don't be discouraged if you don't get it the first few times.

Additional tips for better whistling

In my experience, beginners have to go through these 4 steps before whistling loudly:

- Step 1:the wind tunnel. You hear a loud blast of air, but no hissing.

- Step 2:the jet engine. At this stage, the sound is similar to that of a jet engine idling.

- Step 3:light whistling. You start to hear a hiss, but it's weak. It's probably because there is air coming out of the sides of your fingers.

- Step 4:the pro whistle. No air leaks on the sides. You get a clear, ultra-loud whistle. Don't forget to wear earplugs!

Because everyone's anatomy is different, it's hard to tell you exactly the adjustments you need to make.

Successfully doing the 5 steps of this technique takes practice.

In case you're wondering, some people get there in a quarter of an hour, others in 2-3 days.

The key to success is to persevere.

After all, it is by forging that one becomes a blacksmith!

So don't be discouraged.

Make small adjustments, until you begin to produce an idle jet engine noise.

To get an idea, it looks like a fighter jet on the deck of an aircraft carrier.

When you hear that sound, hold on! You are on the right path.

Keep making small adjustments and soon you'll hear a real hiss.

And then you're going to say to yourself "Wow! Did I do that?".

Believe my experience, it's a powerful feeling of achievement and pride!

Keep it up, and soon you'll be able to make that same hiss, but blow as hard as you can .

This is the advantage of the finger whistle method.

The harder you blow, the louder and clearer your whistle.

Test, and you will tell me the news!
