To get away from the requests for classic gifts from our teenagers:clothes, consoles and video games (here it will be a computer to WORK of course), money or another phone, here are some ideas for Christmas to surprise them (and, we hope, make them happy):
I like to give away "beauty" products because it's expensive for them and yet they love it (overwhelmingly). As I don't want them to spread their face with cracra yuck products, I offer organic hygiene and beauty products . I particularly like the AVRIL brand which is really affordable in terms of price, which has an organic label and even if everything can always be improved, is super clean. They have everything:cleaning, creams, simple vegetable oils (which I use a lot), make-up… there is enough to make a very nice "basket" filled.
Another brand that I like, which is natural (and vegan):All Tigers. There it will be for lipsticks (so for our older teenagers) and nail polishes. Their packaging is magnificent, held and composed perfectly.
I already talked about it and especially on instagram I showed you lots of PESTAS domino circuits made by my 13 year old. So, yes, it's quite expensive but for once, it's multi-use and it lasts really long, so if you have little brothers, little sisters, it's the ideal gift for everyone. There are others, but I particularly like these for their quality and their ecological commitment the birch plywood used is FSC certified.
The Perplexes. In the kind of pleasant headache, we have rarely done better. Young people still love it a lot. It's a pretty original gift idea I think, which allows you to offer "something else". We are in between, I like that.
The Meccano:models over 10 years old are clearly perfect for teenagers (and adults). We have the impression of staying in a toy, but we no longer play at all in the same yard! I would also like to add that a large part of the Meccano catalog is made in France, in their historic factory in Calais. It was the cocorico moment.
