France Miniature, you know? It is a park located in Elancourt, in the Paris region. One of a kind, France Miniature is a park in which the most beautiful monuments of French heritage are represented in miniature. And the park also contains attractions for children. A great family outing in perspective

The route includes 117 French monuments in the form of models.
All outdoors, the route is organized by major geographical areas (South, Center, East, etc.). A signposted path takes us from monument to monument, where each one is numbered and includes some historical information.
Difficult to read everything with the children, we become more selective about our stops as we progress.
The models are very well made and realistic, and animated elements (small trains on rails, miniature cars) bring life. Kids love it!
The course is relatively long but well designed:educational games are offered, and halfway there are picnic areas and children's games. There are a few benches along the route if you need to take a break.
To note :
– the course is mostly in the sun, so bring caps and sunscreen if the weather is summery
– the course is hilly, which can be a problem for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. Some stroller passages are also difficult but remain accessible.
France Miniature offered an egg hunt on this Easter Monday. The hunt consisted of finding 5 eggs hidden on miniature monuments along the route.
The egg hunt was very well organized because the eggs were scattered in the first part of the route, and a sheet was distributed at the entrance, allowing us to be guided in the search (a paper mentioning the color of the eggs and clues).
Once the 5 colored eggs were found, the card gave access to a mini egg hunt (this time with chocolate eggs to be won).
So our darlings left with some well-deserved Easter eggs!
Halfway there is a picnic area with a restaurant and WC nearby.
It is therefore possible to eat on site, either by bringing your own meal or by taking advantage of the on-site catering offer.
In the same place are the 8 attractions for children. What a good break for lunch (the hardest part will be to resume the course afterwards!)
8 attractions offered, with a minimum size required for some of them.
We tested the following attractions:
A circus playground will soon open, enough to increase the possibilities of games!
We really enjoyed this park. As mentioned above, it is still quite difficult for a family with small children to stay a whole day and do the whole route (in any case we did not succeed).
All the more reason to plan a new visit in the future, to discover the monuments and animations that we could not see, as well as the novelty around the circus games.
In any case, it is a little-known park that really deserves a visit!
