Book The Pressed Octopus by Tupera Tupera

A facetious album in fluorescent colors, on a funny octopus, in a hurry, in a hurry, in a hurry… on an ultra-important mission (Wizzz Wizzz, Vroum Vroum, Tchou Tchou, …)

Mr. Octopus is a somewhat curious character, as amusing as it is mysterious. Well dressed, with six walking shoes, for each of his six tentacles:obviously, he has no time to lose, even if he doesn't forget, in addition, to raise his cap to greet us!

Means of locomotion, reading in onomatopoeia (vroom, vroom!) with ringing repetitions (hurry, hurry, hurry…) and an endearing fluorescent octopus will make this album a treat for the little ones!

A 32-page album that will appeal to the little ones as well as their parents.

Review Le Octopus Pressé by Tupera Tupera

We really enjoyed the book, the illustrations are colorful, the story fun!! Personally, I'm not very bookish because I don't have much time...

Moreover, our youngest of 17 months often asks for it. He takes the book and does “vroummmm”. Take time with your children, reading is very important for the little ones, and it's really a moment of sharing between you and them.

Mr Octopus where are you going???

That's what you'll discover when you read this album!

The interest of reading in toddlers

The little ones feed on the exchanges, interactions and objects they see to build their brains. Books and reading are part of the sources of discovery, play and sharing that will help the child build his learning

  • Reading to develop children's vocabulary :looking at books with the young child from 4 or 5 months helps the development of his language, especially when he listens to the reading of the adult.
  • Reading to integrate certain social rules and develop your learning :next to the adult, the child learns without even realizing it how to act with a book, but also the basics of writing (we read from left to right, we turn the pages…). Before entering school, stories will help them understand their relationships with others and with objects.
  • Reading to project your emotions :the discovery of imaginary stories in which the characters transmit emotions will help the child to put words to his own, to understand them and learn to manage them.
  • Reading to develop your imagination :very quickly the child understands that the contents of the pages open the doors to a very vast imaginary world.
