It's official:all my girlfriends are in a slump. One because of the Zwarte Piet discussion that hangs over our heads like a thundercloud again. The other because of the real clouds that have been raining non-stop for days now. And as icing on the cake, we have all fallen off our political cloud now that 'The Donald' has taken control in the US. Conclusion:these are tough times. Especially for women, because they already suffer from an autumn dip more often than men. That's why I'm going to pamper my friends in the coming time. Hopefully they do that with me too 😉 . How? Very simple, and perhaps easier than you think! Do you ever send a card?

If there is no heat you have to create it yourself. The average woman is quite cold and has a talent for it – we have to. Especially in this season. But let's face it:an app or e-mail is of course not really warm. Perhaps that's why cards are still being sent en masse at Christmas. We wonder:why only at Christmas? That's when a card comes less unexpectedly 😉 . And a card in the letterbox, that's the best when you don't expect it. Apart from mourning cards, of course.
In the past I only had an overflowing stock of cards at home around Christmas time. Bore! And also impractical, because my birthday cards always came late. So these days I'm hoarding when it comes to cards. My new motto:you never have too many cards, just like bags.
Nice In addition, Joyce designed some fantastic cards together with a designer and had them printed. Now it took some time to design, but fortunately printing the postcards was done in no time and they turned out so much fun!!

Just a confirmation that they can just be themselves? Please even! 😉 Then go for a card with a strong text. As a reminder that she is just as strong! “If it works for you, don't care about what others say!”. F*ck all those others who have to air their opinion if necessary and do it the way it feels right for you (and your family).
No special reason, but just want to chat with your bestie again? Forget whatsapp! Sending a card is fun, receiving one is even more fun. And if you're already texting, you don't have to meet, but that's different now. Another advantage of sending an old-fashioned card. Coffee is always a good idea… just like sending a card!
