A process of development of the establishment for young people or EAJE has been undertaken since October 2010. The management of this task is ensured by the city of Bordeaux. More than 30 collective and municipal nurseries, as well as 400 agents have joined this project.
A new satisfaction survey was conducted from March 28 to April 19. This project was carried out via questionnaires and interviews with pre-registration offices.
The results will be displayed in each structure. The outcome of this project will be crowned with the Certi’crèch label e.
It is a label offered to professionals and families. It is a tool for sharing a common language. The Department of Early Childhood and Family Education or DEPEF leads this approach, which includes all staff.
Note that this certification is not only regional, it is national in scope. The objective is to meet everyone's expectations by harmonizing around a common language, and by promoting the know-how and qualities of everyone.
