It's always hard for kids to go to bed.
They often find it difficult to be calm and decompress from the day...
Result, it takes time for them to fall into the arms of morphée.
Luckily, I discovered a great trick to help my children fall asleep quickly and easily.
The trick to make the Sandman move faster is to make a glowing bottle full of glitter and shiny stars .
Like that in the evening, it's time to admire the bottle that looks like the Milky Way! Watch:
Contents
- empty plastic bottle
- hair gel:almost an entire jar
- glitter glue:one squirt
- phosphorescent paint:one squirt
- small phosphorescent stars
1. Pour the gel into the bottle.
2. Put a squirt of glitter glue in the bottom of the bottle.
3. Add a small amount of phosphorescent paint.
4. Put the little stars in the bottle.
5. Glue the bottle cap with the super glue. Its very important ! No question that your child wakes up in the night covered in gel!
There you go, your luminous bottle to help your children fall asleep is already ready :-)
Easy, fast and efficient, right?
And if your child says he still has trouble falling asleep, give him the bottle and have him count the stars.
There are at least 50 mini stars in this bottle. And I'm sure he won't be able to count them all;-)
This is a great homemade night light for a child who has difficulty sleeping. Perfect for kids ages 2-5!
The gel is the ideal material so that the stars do not immediately fall to the bottom of the bottle.
And the little air bubbles inside the gel simulate all the little stars in the galaxy.
I added 2 or 3 tablespoons of water because our gel was too thick.
I wanted the stars to fall gently in the bottle. As my gel was thick, the stars floated and did not fall.
It's up to you to see the consistency you want to obtain...
If you find that your glow bottle is not colorful enough, you can add a few drops of food coloring.
You can also add some glitter to make your light bottle shine even more.
