To the question:"How do you keep up this pace? » usually I always answer :« you have to »
Actually, I think I know.
I hold this daily rhythm juggling between my job (self-employed – Editor’s note, my family expert digital communication agency ), my presence with my two children in the morning and in the evening from 6 p.m. maximum and on Wednesdays, the management of the "house", shopping, administration, outings/holiday projects, without forgetting my little blogs (the one -ci, but also Paris des Parents)… thanks to some extraordinary moments who come from time to time to spice up the routine.
Because that's how it is:yes I chose this life, yes I'm pretty organized (#findumythe) and so it's going pretty well. Yes, above all:I'm happy, really, BUT I'm tired and it is forbidden for me to have a slack at the risk of seeing not a squall, but a sandstorm completely upset this balance.
So, as soon as I feel a bit of depression dawning. What is very common for me, see cyclical AND ESPECIALLY in the fall:I set up these little moments.
And I'm lucky that my status as a blogger allows me to do this much more easily.
I confess.
Everything.
Thank you.
That's why 15 days ago, I agreed to try this one-hour massage:the Gua Sha Massage at Lanqi (in the 7th in Paris). Knowing that Gua Sha is the art of chasing bad moods… imagine my state when I left. Incredibly surprising massage, even painful, but terribly pleasant in the end. Did you say weird?
This is how I found myself – again – on the small TV screen, on TEVA this time, on set, interviewed by Marielle Fournier about my blog (well, precisely)
This is last week, you could see an e-zabel in a skydiver's outfit trying out iFly's indoor skydiving preview (I'll give you all the details on ParisdesParents.fr) in the new Vill shopping center 'Up of the City of Science and Industry.
Here, hop I took my dose of adrenaline, ego and well-being, I left for a little while.
Especially since I took an extra year also incidentally.
Glups
In the meantime, dear fellow overbooked, over-solicited moms, I encourage you again and again to set limits, to make REGULAR appointments with yourselves, to do a little something for yourself. This is the basis. This is essential. For us, and therefore for them. Our little ones.
Take care of yourself.
