We ordered our box in November, so we had the choice of rather gourmet and hot recipes.
We chose the following 2 recipes:
Here are some pictures of the Quitoque box received:
The set was in very good condition, the ingredients did not suffer from delivery. However, the box was a bit oversized compared to the contents.
It is important to open the box upon receipt and refrigerate the ingredients quickly after receipt (meat / fish in priority).

The saithe couscous was very good! No particular difficulty in making the recipe.

We love chicken biryani, a typical and rather gourmet Indian meal!
Traditional biryani includes a long list of ingredients (spices and herbs). The Quitoque version was simpler in that a spice paste was provided. This dough was of good quality but we did not find exactly the flavor of the “real” Indian biryani. A cooking error also on our side on the carrots, which were still hard to taste (cutting into 0.5 cm slices could have been replaced by cutting into thinner pieces). We ate the leftovers the next day and the dish was tastier (more infused tastes).
